1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Services

We provide web design and development services as described on our website. The specifics of each service will be detailed in your service agreement.

2.1 Website Packages

Our "for life" pricing means you own the website design and content permanently after payment. This does not include ongoing hosting, maintenance, or additional revisions beyond what's stated in your package.

2.2 Hosting Services

All packages include the first year's hosting at no additional cost. After the first year, hosting renewal is available at our then-current rates. You may also transfer hosting to your own provider at your discretion with our assistance.

2.3 Revisions

The Starter package includes 2 revisions and the Pro package includes 5 revisions. A "revision" constitutes one round of changes to the website after the initial design is presented. Additional revisions beyond those included in your package will be charged at our hourly rate.

2.4 Domain and SSL Setup

We assist with custom domain setup and SSL certificate setup as part of your package. Domain registration fees are not included and remain the client's responsibility. SSL certificate renewal will always be provided free of charge for the lifetime of your website.

2.5 Site Backups

We provide regular site backups during the first year of hosting. You are advised to maintain your own backups of your website content. After the first year, backup services will continue only if you renew hosting with us.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• Project pricing is based on a fixed-price model as detailed in your service agreement
• Full payment is required before work begins
• Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed project scope may incur additional fees

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive rights to the final deliverables. We retain rights to:

• Our pre-existing materials
• Any unused concepts
• The right to display work in our portfolio

5. Project Cancellation

Either party may cancel the project with written notice under the following conditions:

• If canceled by client after work has begun, no refund will be provided
• If we terminate the agreement, you will only be charged for completed work
• We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if project requirements change significantly from the original scope

6. Money-Back Guarantee

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• The guarantee only applies to the initial website design and development services
• To be eligible for a refund, you must provide specific, actionable feedback about why the website does not meet your requirements


• The guarantee does not apply to:
  • Additional services or features purchased after the initial delivery
  • Hosting fees or domain registration costs
  • Any third-party services or integrations
  • Changes in business circumstances or market conditions
  
  
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of website delivery
• We reserve the right to verify the website's functionality and your feedback before processing any refund

7. Results Guarantee

Our 3-month results guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• To be eligible for free optimisation:
  • You must provide access to your analytics data
  • Your business must be actively operating and marketing the website
  • You must implement recommended changes and best practices
  • You must maintain regular communication with our team


• The guarantee does not apply if:
  • Your business operations are suspended or significantly changed
  • You fail to implement recommended changes
  • You make significant changes to your business model or target market
  • External factors (e.g., market conditions, competition) significantly impact your business


• Free optimisation is limited to technical improvements and does not include content creation or marketing services
• We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a "lead" based on your business type and industry standards

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
